We built a solution using Aiwozo’s Intelligent Automation capability to automate the process, where Robotic Process Automation (RPA) was used for repetitive manual tasks, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) was used for unstructured data. The AI solution was built to do résumé parsing of applicants; this reduced data entry requirement by about 75%, as most of the information was captured by the AI tool. The remaining 25% was data entered manually. After completion of a new applicant, RPA bots were responsible for scheduling, blocking calendars, and sending reminders for interviews. Bots also collected the feedback of interviews via email.
The applicants were either moved to the next stage or rejected, depending on the feedback. Finally, selected candidates were sent offers after getting required approvals for salary.
