The Aiwozo WorkZone is a centralized control mechanism for Aiwozo and all of its components. It provides state-of-the-art reporting and monitoring capabilities to supervise and control the bots and processes from anywhere, using its cloud-based feature. The WorkZone is a one-stop interface for starting, stopping, adding, fixing issues, and prioritizing Aiwozo Bots.

The robust tool provides administrative control of the suite of Aiwozo products and also people accessing the application. WorkZone is enabled to easily adapt to any one of the 7,000 languages supported by Microsoft.

Role-Based and User-Based Classification

Aiwozo WorkZone has role-based management where the administrator assigns roles to users with specific permissions and access rights. With the ability to enforce role-based access for users, Aiwozo WorkZone delivers intelligent automation with built-in security to maintain high levels of governance, reliability, credibility, and compliance requirements.

Real-Time Monitoring

Aiwozo WorkZone offers a real-time monitoring interface that visually displays statistics about each bot deployed, queues, jobs, and other information. Users can see the live status of tasks and the virtual workforce to ensure that the process operates smoothly. Identify and easily solve problems, such as bot inactivity, process errors, and task overload.

Multi-Environment Architecture

Aiwozo WorkZone provides a single deployment for development, testing, and production environments. It provides a logical segregation of different environments to ensure access control and movement of automated processes into the production environment.

Credential Management

Aiwozo Credential Vault is a token-based password manager for functional users sharing their passwords with Bots. The functional users control and secure their password, and access to the same is not even shared with Developers.

Developers have to send a request to use the password in an automation workflow that is authenticated via a secure token.

We realized that more than 50% of cybersecurity breaches happen due to password sharing or loss. Aiwozo’s Credential Manager secures the password in a highly encrypted form to ensure no one except the password owner controls the use of their credentials.
