The Process
Multiple reports across the organization required data collection from numerous sources for internal reporting and compliance reporting. The manual effort for all reporting caused errors and delays. Reports included Sales Incentive reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), HR Compliance, and others. It involved high cost since the process was manual in nature, and accuracy was difficult to assess.
The Solution
We implemented Aiwozo’s Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) as a solution for reporting and analyzing data. It collected data from source systems and did a record-by-record mapping to ensure that Aiwozo maintained high accuracy.
