Multiple reports across the organization required data collection from numerous sources for internal reporting and compliance reporting. The manual effort for all reporting caused errors and delays. Reports included Sales Incentive reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), HR Compliance, and others. It involved high cost since the process was manual in nature and accuracy was difficult to assess.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) was looked at as a solution for reporting and analyzing data. The data collection was done from source systems, and a record-by-record mapping was done to ensure that Aiwozo maintained high accuracy.
