What is Aiwozo?
Aiwozo is an Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) software that allows organizations to automate repetitive and routine tasks typically performed by humans. This can include various types of mundane and repetitive tasks. Aiwozo bots (attended and unattended) mimic the actions of a human worker and can be integrated with other systems and software to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce process costs.
Can I get a trial version of the Enterprise subscription plan?
Yes, you receive a 30-day trial to test the Enterprise plan features.
Will the price for subscription or bot-based licenses change in the coming future?
The pricing will not change for customers who have registered with the current plans and are active. In case of price changes in the future, the website will be updated to display the same.
Can I purchase additional licenses?
Yes, additional licenses are provided at a unit-based rate upon request. You can view the prices for each package on this page.
Who will do the automation development and implementation after purchase?
There are three possible solutions:
- We provide implementation and maintenance services. The fee is based on the complexity of the process.
- We can connect you with one of our global partners who will perform the implementation for an associated cost.
- You can hire an RPA developer and train them at the Aiwozo Academy, which has courses available for free.
Note: Any developer who is already experienced in an RPA tool would not need more than a few days to learn the Aiwozo platform.
Do I need to purchase an entire package if I want to automate only 1 process to begin with?
We offer an Aiwozo Cloud pack, which is suitable for those who want to start automation on a very small scale. Please reach out to us regarding this option.
Which plan should I choose if I want to automate certain business processes specific to my company, such as Invoice Processing, Reconciliation, MIS, etc.?
